This was made to replace the Delta Mark II, but its slow rate of fire and rather limited ammo turned people away from
the gun. Phoenix, the CEO of Mage-Tek, reasoned that it was meant to be used like a .357 Magnum, an amazing amount of power,
but no rate of fire. Commonly used by sharpshooters and hunters.
