The Delta Mark I was the first hand held Laser weapon ever made. It was intended for self defense due to its
size and low wattage. About the only thing anyone is in danger of if they're shot by this is dying from cancer in thirty years
from the rays dispersed from the weapon, though that actually happening is, as of now, unproven. They've been on clearance
in Mage-Tek stores for four years.
