In the past this has been mistaken for a laser for guided bombs, due to the enormous destruction it causes after it is
fired. A blue bolt reminicent of a spear flies at the target at a comparitivly slow rate and explodes on contact, destroying
as much as four city blocks worth of area. Needless to say, it's a wise idea to fire the cannon a long distance from the target.
