When a character gains a level, two important things happen. Firstly, they roll for their hit points and mana points
as per the charts. They then aquire 2 ability points to purchase abilities however they want. When level 8 is achieved, the
character gains 3 ability points. After level 12, you gain an additional 1 point per level. Example: 12 - 4 points, 13 - 5
points, 14 - 6 points, ect.
